Craven Arms Art Café Artists
A wide variety of local artists and media are on display.
Emma Summers – Portal
Portal is a new multi-media installation project initiated by Ceramic Artist, Emma, in partnership with Loudwater Studio inspired by the medieval market town of Ludlow and the community of South Shropshire.
James Boardman Woodend – From Africa to the Artic
Award winning artist, James Boardman Woodend showcases his exhibition of framed photographs of wildlife, nature and landscapes.

Join our volunteer work group every first Sunday of the month to give the meadows a little TLC. All ages and abilities welcome.
Cooking with Summer Fruits – Milly Rees
Tuesday 10th July 10am-2pm
Celebrate British Berries and juicy fruits, from sensational Summer Pudding, to the peachiest pies and most fabulous fools. With her flair for flavours and her gardening knowhow, Milly will show you how to bring out the character of fruits by partnering them up with other ingredients from the garden, hedgerow and larder.
For those with a healthy attitude, Milly will share her favourite tips and recipes for lighter desserts and you will be shown ways to preserve and store this season’s harvest to be enjoyed for months to come.
Just £35 per person, booking essential.
Flicks in the Sticks – Peter Rabbit (PG)
Friday 27th July – Film starts at 5.30 with themed crafts, refreshments and a licensed bar available from 4pm.
Peter Rabbit and his three sisters (Flopsy, Mopsy and Cotton-Tail) enjoy spending their days in Mr. McGregor’s vegetable garden. When one of McGregor’s relatives moves in, he’s less than thrilled to discover a family of rabbits in his new home. A battle of wills soon breaks out as the new owner hatches scheme after scheme to get rid of Peter – a resourceful rabbit who proves to be a worthy and wily opponent.
Booking advised to avoid disappointment, tickets are: Adult £5, Child £3 and Family £15.
A club for 3 – 7 years olds packed full of fun things to do encouraging children to get back to nature, enjoy the outdoors and get creative. £2.50 per child, adults go free, just turn up. Please bring wellies and appropriate outdoor clothing.
28th July – Journey Sticks and Scent Potions
Take a memorable journey around the meadows collecting objects and scents as you go.
